Today I played with aperature again. It's snowing outside - there was nothing else to do. I lowered the aperature to blur the background, and practiced on the kids. I don't know why the pictures I took have to do with food, but I think it might be the only time the kids sit still long enough for my to adjust my settings! Anyway, I still haven't been brave enough to crack the pages of my manual again, so I'm just experimenting with the aperature and shutter speed, and trying to remember what works. One of these days, it'll all come together.
Oh, and the cracker? Alli is obsessed with saltines. All day long she opens the pantry door and asks for one!
