Abraham Lincoln said, "The better part of one's life consists of his friendships."I got a much-needed "girls night out" tonight at my friend Leslie's, and I have to agree. The value of good friends can't be measured. To walk into a house full of women who are mommies, teachers, wives, worshippers and daughters and be welcomed as a sister is a privelege I do not take lightly. An added bonus to conversation and laughter was Leslie's home, a peaceful oasis! As the moon came up, we walked down to the pond to listen to the symphony of frogs. There are so many creative, incredible, strong women that I'm learning to know, and the more time I spend with them, the richer my life becomes. Thank you, God for the blessing of friendship.
Miss you! Wish I could have been there with you!
